Casey and I decided to slow down on all the concert tickets. There are so many instances where the event is upon us and we’re like, do we have to go? We almost always buck up and enjoy ourselves, it’s just that little mental hump to get out the door.
So we recently decided not to buy tickets to ALL THE SHOWS and instead just see how we feel the day of and consider last minute seats.
In this instance we had “Orville Peck?” on the calendar with question mark.
Turns out our friends Chris & Richard ended up with a pair of extra tickets and that sealed the deal.
We hung at the back of the general admission floor of the Andrew J Brady Center and enjoyed the show. As the night wore on our dogs were barking and found a railing to lean against. (Mental note: Find leaning area earlier.)
Orville was charismatic, the band was great and staging classic β a hint of the Grand Ole Opry (but without the seats.)
