This is the year things went extra to celebrate the season and spirits up at the family farm.
They’ve always had large scale decorations, but now Halloween spread in every direction filling every square inch of the property — complete with a haunted circus, band of ghouls, spooky cemetery, a terrible outbreak of roaches, and a return visit from Michael Meyers.
I shot from the hip and most of my photos are blurry. I’m thinking next year a photo booth (with a tripod) might be keen because I didn’t get good shots of all the costumes, including my weak attempt at “cat burglar” (carrying around a bunch of stuffed cats).
I’ve a feeling this is the beginning of a new family tradition that will continue to grow.
