Sky Garden & some Banksies

Had breakfast at Sky Garden. Walked in super early, right through security and up the elevator with family of three. As we left the line wrapped around the block and it was a madhouse. The early bird approach was choice.

Breakfast and the gardens were fine and the views were solid. Our goal for these vantages is to get a lay of the land. What I like about London is that it feels like it’s growing methodically.

Compared to Seattle and Toronto that are filled with cranes between supertall skyscrapers, this city is largely keeping it tight. Oh, there’s some tall buildings and construction all over, but it doesn’t feel invasive — at least from cursory glance on a short holiday.
