While waiting for the bats a few days prior we looked up names for groups of animals. A few fun examples stood out:
- Bats can be a colony, cloud or cauldron!
- Flutter of butterflies
- Parliament of owls
- Consortium of octopuses
- Tower of giraffes
- A pounce, flutter, glare or nusiance of cats
And Caity has a flamboyance of flamingos.
After some homemade cornbread French toast, we played a version of the board game Guess Who? that Caity’s sister customized with all her favorite actors. (What an awesome idea.)
Turns out I’m awful at Guess Who? because I’m very literal and ruin the game.
