I’ve tried all sorts of ways to clean blackened sheet pans and come to some conclusions:
- Half sized pans seem like a really useful size. I picked one up while looking at replacements for the big ones.
- The old blackened ones are probably fine — it’s patina.
In researching which pans might not leech dangerous chemicals into our food, I kept getting overlays about a product’s popularity or scarcity. This tactic is common when shopping online these days.
Everything is so distracting.
(For the record, I’ve no idea if 7 people are seeing this — I stripped out analytics a while back and feel great joy without metrics.)
Ha! You got me with this one. I did a double take.
And the perfect song to go with it, too.
I say just make more cookies.
I love it when my scobbled music has some semblance of relation to the post. (Usually quite rare!)
Your moderation team is on break and they won’t see that I’ve posted a few comments on this page while they weren’t looking. Shhh.
It’s true. The entire production team around here seems to be on extended breaks!
You know, I’ve thought about adding more metrics to my site but maybe I really shouldn’t! We have enough numbers in our lives already.
The only data point of interest was how many folks visit from phones (which should not have been any surprise), but reminds me that mobile optimization is paramount.
