We good on mayo?

At one point I overstocked the pantry with way too much mayonnaise and now it’s a running joke. We’ve since whittled down cache, but whenever I walk past the expanding aisle of mayonnaise I text a photo asking if we’re good. (Mayo)

Like many consumer product goods, mayo is in the midst of a category expansion — are these versions necessary or even good? I dunno. Probably not — especially these derivatives that are just one other condiment mixed in.

  1. I haven’t (and wouldn’t) try these. But we do mix-up our own “sriracha mayo” on the regular. I very much recommend it, it’s great with seared tuna, on rice, on french fries, etc.
