Popped down to the City Flea to continue my search for touch lamps. While I didn’t find any second-hand lighting, we did enjoy walking around Washington Park this Saturday. Some highlights:
- Having a pawpaw donut at the booth helmed by Brett Sutton (above) and changing my tune about them. We had a pawpaw tree growing up and I never took to the fruit, until now. Though I will admit putting something in a donut is likely going to bode well for many ingredients.
- The plants with vibes and goods for entertaining under the combined tent of Fern and Hoste.
- Told Ya Sew puts a spin on local threads through up-cycling.
- Running into friends throughout the afternoon and stopping for conversations.
All of it, most excellent.
