Closed out the month of June with Sunday chores.
When we first moved into the house some years ago, we crammed things in to the kitchen shelves that were spaced really poorly. Ultimately opening a cabinet door would be fraught with the possibility that something would fall out.
It was not good.
So today we not only took out everything from the pantry, we eliminated expired or unnecessary bits, made a pile for donation and most importantly, reset shelf heights to be more usable.
But that’s not all! We also did the same thing to the storage closet in the basement, that was an even bigger, dustier mess.
The donation pile grew much larger and you can now see the floor of said closet.
Extra bonus: Finding a film scanner I had been trying to locate for ages.
It doesn’t seem like much, but this process took the entire day.
