Back in the day Tom printed photographs of Fisher Price toy records on oversized canvas to hang in their house.
17 years later they were getting a bit sun faded and it was time to make something new.
The current idea is to print out a View-Master Sesame Street reel and perhaps one of these mini records from the 1972 Mattel Preschool Talking Picture Schoolhouse. (Here’s a 24 minute YouTube deep dive of the educational toy.)
I was up in Oxford checking out e-Bikes and stopped by the house to have lunch and snapped a few images so he could do some test prints.
This is absolutely wonderful.
