That’s Jim MacPherson of The Breeders throwing out the first pitch for the Reds vs Cubs double header at Great American Ballpark. Kim, Kelley and Josephine are all off there by the first base line cheering him on.
Went down to find them in the shade after this shot for hellos. Mike from R.Ring was there with his kid, and Kevin and Eddie and it was all very delightful, but also a bit hot and loud! (I now have a better idea for best seats at the ballpark. The key is to have shade and not be in front of a large speaker.)
The Reds lost, but it had nothing to do with Jim’s pitch.
