Tom and crew have been super enjoying recipes from The Complete Mediterranean Cookbook and threw a potluck where everyone would pick a dish from the pages to share.
Our party arrived and loaded up plates from the smorgasbord to enjoy while the sun was setting on their back patio.
Everything was awesome, even the dishes with olives!
The menu included:
- Melon, Plums and Cherries with Mint and Vanilla
- Spicy carrots with cilantro
- Chickpea salad
- Kale salad with sweet potatoes and pomegranate vinaigrette
- Orzo salad
- Grilled chicken kabobs
- Braised halibut with leeks and mustard
- Olive Oil Yogurt Cake with Lemon Icing
