Been working ‘til 9pm of late—a rare occurrence—but there’s a big tech event in Barcelona on Monday and several clients will be showing off new wares.
It’s times like this when I want to join Microsoft and see if I can help fix some of the most egregious faults of Powerpoint. It’s an amazing program that let’s most anyone visualize stuff, especially when they should be writing a succinct sentence or short paragraph.
To balance things out, simple meals are in order—so tonight we dusted off the Instant Pot for Beef Stroganoff. The short list of ingredients should have been a red flag—it was super whatever. At least it was fast?
On the plus side: Several folks sang praises for Poker Face (on Peacock)—a weekly one hour whodunit that’s a mix of Murder She Wrote, The Rockford Files, Knives Out and Six Feet Under. It’s delightful from the opening credits to the end and makes bland stroganoff go down easier.
