Casey brought home flowers and I also picked some up while grabbing some steaks from the market. We rarely have steak, but it was Valentine’s Day. Also, there can never be too many flowers in the house.
The steak was quite good, but it was the side of Baked Feta with Cherry Tomatoes and Basil that elevated the meal. (Thanks for the rec Tom! Also? The video that illustrates the recipe is near perfect.)
