This particular group of friends played once at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, and it was a hoot.
Then life and work took centerstage and one thing lead to another. A year passed.
But we carved out another evening and played the latest Jackbox Party Pack 7. Some fun new games in there. Quiplash 3 is always solid, Blather ‘Round is a weird new entry that takes a minute to figure out but is totally worth it, and Champ’d Up is a drawing game that makes it easy to be funny.
As much as I love these virtual game nights, I do hope the next get-together is in real life.
