Trivia Night for the Montessori was on February third. This year our table theme was The Breakfast Club. We also have to tie that theme into food so there were pixie sticks and Cap’n Crunch on bread and some sushi to boot. We didn’t win anything this year, but as always, we had a lot of fun.
Semi-related: When The Breakfast Club came out on video my dad had just brought home a very early IBM computer—green and black monochrome screen, no mouse, dot matrix printer. I wanted to learn how to use it so I transcribed the movie, line by line, pressing pause and rewind over and over. I probably wore out the VHS tape. Man I love that movie.
