Opposites attract
I’ve one more entry I have feel compelled to write before the election, but this one isn’t it.
I drove up north today to drop off a vehicle, and along the 45 minute route, political signs saturated the roadside. Not just for the big seat, but for issues and local races.
In some ways, I wish I had the wherewithal to disregard politics. I used to be so good at it years ago. It wasn’t until Bush / Gore that it started to get under my skin—and by no means was Gore one to vest emotional energy.
I’ll languish in having a passionate opinion for the time being.
At least I won’t have to sleep with someone who voted the other way. Yeah. That’s good.
