I love working with Chris Grymes because he connects me with the musicians and we chat about what they envision for the music and let me listen to what’s in store. We riff for a while, refine and get it out the door. It’s a simple process but one that continually delights.
In this case, I was intrigued by refraction of light and bright geometric shapes. Using a combination of analog prints, prisms and photography, I captured the base images that we used throughout the album design.
