A benefit of the new studio in Northside is lots of glorious wall space — and it’s drywall.
We’ve a few empty walls at the house because I’ve no idea how to hang things on plaster. I’ve tried those anchors you drill in and usually end up failing with a crumbling mess every time.
I’ve a cache of framed art that’s been gathering dust and am excited to give things a proper place to exist. I’m experimenting with 3M Claws to hang things and they’re super good, if you can commit — otherwise 3M Command Strips are fine enough.
So here I am, bringing over a pieces and lining them up on the floor. Eventually when I move enough over I’ll start to lay them flat and see if some arrangement emerges.
