I’m pretty sure this is the edge of the new Factory 52 development in Norwood on the former site of The United States Playing Card Co. (now based in Erlanger, Kentucky.)
This new mixed use space has everything—pet friendly apartments with high ceilings, quartz countertops and hardwood-inspired flooring, food hall, brewery, trendy coffee shop, 11 professional, indoor and outdoor pickleball courts with a full cocktail and beer menu plus a variety of health drink alternatives, Kufi hats, congos, MTV’s Dan Cortese, and that TV channel at the hotel that’s like about the hotel.
