Temperatures rose steeply today. I watered plants over the course of the day, first getting the ones on the front porch, then the back, following the shade of the sun.
After chatting with my sis and brother yesterday, I was determined to (finally) break in their housewarming gift: a super deluxe air fryer.
This thing is a beast but I’m fairly certain I could not have made breaded wings anywhere near as good without a vat of oil. Seriously awesome wings.
Next experiments will include fries, tofu, donuts and zucchini pizza fritters.
