I pass these trees each day driving to the studio, and slow to admire their huddle in the middle of a cornfield.
These trees are the calendar I can’t flip ahead.
I’d every intention of waiting for a complete year cycle to post these, but didn’t feel like waiting.
So with a bit of jumping back and ahead, here’s the collection so far…

February 7, 2013 – I thought of my Dad on this, his birthday.

February 14, 2013 – A project begins with a trip to the art store, dinner with a new friend.

February 26, 2013 – Overcast, a day of work.

March 25, 2013 – Our prettiest snow of the season, a day of quiet inspiration.

June 3, 2013 – Gorgeous day, toured an old building in need of repair.

July 10, 2013 – Beautiful evening in the city. Ran into a dear friend from days gone by and pledged to spend proper time together before too long.

Looking mighty forward to autumn this year to add a few more snapshots to this compilation.
