I’m pondering the intersection of photography and drawing.
Today I printed a photo from yesterday and drew over it to get a feel of things… Perspective… Crosshatching… Ink on paper… bleed.
I feel like this is akin to paint by numbers — training wheels for the hand and mind.
It was so zen, honoring the subject and flow of lines.

The subject? Grace on New Year’s Day at the studio.
