I always knew Tricia decorated their house with Santas for the holidays, but I never realized the extent of her collection. That is, until the algorithm allowed me to see one of her posts that showed what was happening beyond the porches…
She mentioned a local news segment (YouTube link) and a weekly open house and I immediately reviewed the calendar for overlap.
Nothing lined up, but I mentioned it to our mutual friend Tom and next thing you know we’re having lunch together amidst the collection that now spans over 800 Santas.
I want to return some open house evening because I really think the lighting would be just splendid, but I was plenty amazed in the afternoon light.
All this aside? It was so good to catch up with Tricia and Tom. After our lunch it became very apparent that this was something that needed to happen with regularity outside of any holiday.
