Made this One-Pan Roasted Butternut Squash & Chicken for dinner because we had everything but the squash. (This required a trip to the grocery which is almost like going to the gym in my book!)
Added brussels sprouts just because, which helped — but it wasn’t quite the home run I’d hoped. If you’ve a one pan recipe that combines squash and brussels sprouts, pls lmk.
Saw this wall of Mtn Dew at by the sausage and thought I’d capture the current state of packaging before they jump to a new logo, which is better and fine — but man, the one from 1969 that lastest 30 years sure is nice.
In other news, I’m collecting songs that include Cincinnati in the lyrics and Jesus, Take the Wheel has it right there in the beginning.
