It’s so much easier to notice things when you’re on a bike.
Sunlight framing a rabbit.
The tail feathers of a Robin.
Graffiti on the entrance to a train tunnel. Heck, the very existence of the train track had eluded me while driving in a car.
There are flowers everywhere.
Oh, and an oil spot has formed on the concrete by the KFC drive thru menu, Taco Bell now has slow roasted chicken and Freddy’s has ceiling fans for their outdoor seating.
I stopped and unpacked a camera for these glorious shots of fast food establishments. I will figure out a system to try and capture some rabbits and Robins and flowers.
This is such a great message, Chris. All of the things we stopped noticing once we started driving. I enjoyed this.
I promise the next time I post about this I will share photos that do not look like they were taken from a car!
