I have a habit of visiting Google News too often and it vexed me. I don’t like the endless repetition, inability to finely tailor sources, discovery of new voices and especially the lame format they that breaks media content and prevents Reader View on many websites.
I decided to do something about it and found the (screen time) settings to prevent accessing their news site altogether.
It has quickly retrained my habit.
I’ll still keep up on news, I just don’t want to go there anymore.
