Been in a good flow of late, finding rare balance between work projects and the real work of attempting a healthy life. I just had my yearly physical and the doctor prescribed a daily walk outside to keep some bendy parts lubricated, most notably my left foot which has been pitching fits. The walking is helping!
Oh, and today marks the next big redesign of this site! Thanks to Kay we’ve been working back and forth over the last year on this update to make more of the nooks and crannies of data accessible, including navigation, month views and category browsing. There are bugs to work out a list of possible improvements, if you see anything weird holler!

Working from home remotely in Cincinnati with friends for a few tech companies and wondering about what’s next… be it a new studio space or carving out time to experiment with ideas un-tethered.
Considering the next big house project with my partner and navigating life with an aging cat that mostly stays focused on treat delivery.

Absorbing:
- Reading: Three Body Problem and A Court of Mist and Fury by Sarah J Maas — a sequel romance fantasy novel. Think Hunger Games and 15 Shades of Grey (nowhere near 50) mixed with a touch of The Chronicles of Narnia. Total popcorn book. I’ll read the next in the series!
- Streaming: 30 Rock, Season 6 — I never saw this show through and it is the perfect size for my attention span clocking in at 22 minutes.
- Playing: Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown, Mario vs. Donkey Kong, Wordle and Connections (though I now have to skip ads for the latter two because I cancelled my Times account.)
