Like many (though not enough), I was invested in the trial of George Floyd. His murder was caught on film and there was formidable doubt there would be any repercussion.
Relieved to hear the guilty verdicts, I still fret this is an outlier in a sea of previously unchecked brute force that is rampant across the country.
