Public Service Artists, The Opposite of Protest Signs
Resilience 101 at Morlan Gallery includes personally and politically motivated work from the Public Service Artists and friends.
Also of note? I’m pretty sure this is the first time I’ve ever had work displayed in an art gallery proper! I’ll let that exclamation point stay.
Eli from 21c, Cal from Wave Pool and I headed down to represent the PSA and give a short lecture about how the group was formed and our approach to making the work.
Afterward, we walked through the show with students and had an energizing discussion about what was on their minds.
Resilience 101 is on display at Morlan Gallery in Lexington, Kentucky through February 21, 2020
