I learned about Nik Kershaw from my brother Robert. He was of the age where music was a core pillar of character. He let me borrow the cassette and I kept asking to have it over and over.
It’s pop music that never became popular. (Though Wouldn’t It Be Good ended up on the Pretty in Pink soundtrack two years later.)
