I met Kay thanks to the internet. I was looking for someone who could make this here website come to life. When I found her website I was taken by not only the design but her approach to work and art. She’s hard to categorize as she’s as versed in photography and music as she is in code.
Once she agreed to take on this project I began to understand more of her guiding principles, from ethics to accessibility. The latter she has championed for to make this site that much better, and helped this graying character understand how easy it is to simply make things more readable and understandable for all.
This collaboration is more than the sum of its parts, it’s also a work in progress that is open sourced.
