Flicks and bunting

With the Oscars around the corner and the wind whipping up a cold spell outside, I curled up on the couch and watched two movies over the weekend. (Decadent!)

A Star is Born with Bradley Cooper and Lady Gaga got off to a really strong start. Solid all around, but the ending didn’t coalesce (for me). I have a feeling it is like an album that gets better with a repeat viewing though.

Green Book A gentle movie about race relations that your relative might see, and maybe, just maybe, it will shift their needle a bit more into the kindness and understanding side of the dial.

As for Edie up there? She’s probably wanting me to get off the couch and get her a treat, so she’s bunting.
