Our freezer is filled with things taking up space including a package with just three fishsticks, a handful of frozen peas, a single masala burger, some muffins made with vegetables that taste weird, packages of frozen fruit I was going to put in smoothies…
So I made this Raspberry Ricotta Cake for the second time while the House of Representatives was voting the 14th time for a Speaker.
A few notes for the future: Reduce the amount of salt and double the raspberries. That goes for the cake too.
