Sunday kicked off with CBS Sunday Morning’s food episode in honor of Thanksgiving. Their feature about a citrus farm (in Georgia, no less) inspired having an orange with breakfast*.
TIL – A segment on how baby carrots are made was enlightening. I’d no idea they were created by a single farm in 1985 that didn’t want to waste imperfect carrots.
Continuing the theme of food, I closed out the day making mom’s chili* and cornbread.
