Used leftover SPAM® in this week’s quiche. But the real highlight of the day was getting takeout from a local Italian restaurant (Alfio’s) I’ve long wanted to try.

The meal was solid, but it really would have been better on premise—gnocchi just doesn’t transport all that well.

“Stop living in fear!” my friends say.

Sure, I know a TON of folks that are all out and about, but I also know a handful with pre-existing conditions that are being extra-cautious. If we can minimize risk for the moment, we shall.

And so we do.
