New hues

The first issue with my workspace is the light, particularly when I’m on a video call. The background is all blown out and my pallor isn’t helping the foreground. So I popped in some hue bulbs and have been creating different themes for focus, video calls and meditating.

I’m trying to strengthen my understanding of color in general. Accessibility UI work has been enlightening (and in some ways infuriating because I don’t agree with the standards).

And sometimes color can just be fun. I think Alexander Girard had a good handle on it.
