The day was made brighter by the Northside Yacht Club’s Cuban Sandwich with Avril-Bleh ham, mojo pulled pork, kosher dill pickles, mustard, swiss cheese, smashed on a toasted 16 bricks cubano roll.
NSYC is always hitting it out of the park with their specials, and this week was no different. They take a thing and either put a zany twist on it or in this case, keep it traditional and use really quality ingredients.
At the end of the day, it was one of the best Cuban sandwiches I’ve had. Plus also? They almost always make veggie and vegan versions of their specials.
