Carving out time for stillness

Finished reading ”Stillness is the Key.”

(I never know if I should put the period inside the quotation marks or just italicize titles.)

It took over a month, but I finally closed the cover. Ryan Holiday has an easy way of weaving philosophy over the ages into something palpable.

This is a book I hope to read again someday. But for now? It’s about the little things, like disinfecting groceries. (But maybe not to that extent.)

And carving out time for stillness.
