There’s a first time for everything—in this case, making peach cobbler. I followed the recipe verbatim – Old Fashioned Peach Cobbler and it was pretty easy (and really good tasting.)
I made another cobbler a few days later from this batch of peaches Thor had shipped up from Georgia. He also gave me a huge timesaving tip: Simply cube the peaches with their skin on, no need to peel! It’s more rustic and way easier and the dang thing tasted just as good.
