I didn’t have a single slice of pizza during this trip. It was tremendously hard to resist, but I’m trying to be very particular about carbs and added sugars because pants. That also meant no donuts and regulating ice cream to a sample.
But the allure of Beecher’s Handmade Cheese was far too great. I had a grilled cheese and tomato soup which, even on a hot day, was delectable.
