There have been some… less than awesome meal-kits from Kroger’s (oddly named) “Prep-Pared” selections.
Tonight was Island Blackened Cod. It was… acceptable calories… but that’s not the target I’m shooting for when having dinner at home.
I’ve had much better success in the past, and haven’t documented the enthusiastic thumbs up for the Bacon and Honey Mustard Glazed Chicken, but I will.
Everything will change in a few days when I do that Whole Life Challenge thing. (I’m doing the “Kickstart” approach which at least allows for one spirit or wine per evening.)
