1 sm, (15 oz.) canned pumpkin
8 oz. whipped cream cheese
1 TBLS. pumpkin pie spice
1/2 cup powdered sugar
Mix in blender.
Serve with apple slices (honeycrisp rule) and ginger snaps (Trader Joes triple ginger ones are awesome.)
Double all ingredients for a big party, but make it in batches (all at once can tax a blender.)
Hollow out a pumpkin for a dandy serving bowl. I should note, I did not use the raw pumpkin in the recipe.
