Another dud forecast
This, after the forecasters (actually, just an app on my phone), said that we’d get accumulation. Nothing really stuck, but I did enjoy a tiny bit of hyperspace effect from flurries when driving through Kentucky.

I always feel a certain grandeur on this stretch of road in Independence, Kentucky. Sure it was excavated and likely blasted with dynamite to come into being, but it’s still lovely.
Exactly one photo for the day. And it was much neater in real life. Or maybe the illusion played out better farther away. Anyway, it looked like the road disappeared into the sky. Some poetic quality to this phenomenon.
Just to reiterate my made-up “rules” of this album. after that nice run of photos from Graceland… 1. Take (at least) one picture every day. 2. Only post photos in order, never skipping ahead, even if that means great delay. 3. There is no third rule. But this image above? I didn’t even take it. [...]
