Finally I heed her advice YEARS later…
And who do I run into by chance while happily playing
ambassador to a visiting friend? But Kate and her husband.

Sometimes the world is crazy awesome like that.

Anyway, they were smart and sat at a proper table.
I made reservations for the floor.
That was the only mistake.

The stone bowl I ordered was delicious and the grid of
Ban Chan (side dishes) were downright fun to explore.
